Condor Soaring

ON THE BANKS OF THE COLORADO RIVER, ARIZONA—I’m pretty sure we’ll never get such a picture to go on Hard News like this one…. I took it (along with 50 million others, jeesh!) on my trip to Arizona. It was taken over the Colorado River on the Dine (Navajo) Nation in Arizona.
It’s a California Condor. I was very proud of this picture.

Um… correction… there are 300 now in the wild. Condors were reintroduced to the wild in 1996.
