LOGAN–Unique in Utah, Fox’s Pizza Den offers Cache Valley residents something new, intriguing, and delicious.

Fox’s Pizza Den is spacious and open, as well as contemporary and welcoming. With reddish-orange and green painted walls, there are tables for dine-in customers. Also an attraction to college students is a separate room with a fireplace, couch, and flat-screen television. The open kitchen makes it possible to see the food, workers, and oven, and Christmas stockings with employee’s names line the counter.

Fox’s, located 545 E. 1400 North, was opened by owners Ben and Candace Huebner Nov. 4. Since then, people have discovered the quality and variety offered. “We live here and we thought this place would do well in Logan, and the community would have a positive response, and they have so far,” Ben Huebner said.

In addition to sandwiches and pizzas, Fox’s also offers wedgies and strombolis. The wedgie is a pizza shell baked, toppings placed on it, sprinkled with cheese, run through the oven, topped with lettuce, tomato, and mayo and then folded over and served like a sandwich. Strombolis are similar to calzone, but with less dough.

“We have favorites already; tons of people will come in,” said employee Kelsy Hulihan. “Several times a week we will get the same person and the same family. We get a lot of compliments comparing us to our competition. We get a lot of compliments for our unique dough that’s not found anywhere else in Utah.

“I think the coolest part is how unique it is, and how there are no other places like it in Utah. And it’s also really healthy too, no trans fats, real cheese, and olive oil,” Hulihan said.

With reasonable prices, a fun atmosphere, and friendly employees, the only way to really find out if Fox’s Pizza Den is a match for your taste buds is to come try it and see for yourself, Huebner said.
