Poetry slam—words, whimsy, WHAM!

There was free verse and assorted couplets all over the place Friday as blossoming and latent USU poets came out for the fourth annual Beat and Slam Poetry in the Taggart Student Center Ballroom. Sponsors included ASUSU arts and lectures, Caffé Ibis, True Aggie Café, USU catering, the University Inn and Conference Center, GLBTA services, the Writing Center, and the Student Involvement and Leadership Office.
