USU freshman goes on Leno Show with ‘Special Talent’

LOS ANGELES—A USU broadcasting major enjoyed her few seconds of fame Tuesday as she demonstrated her “special talent” on national television for Jay Leno on NBC’s “The Tonight Show.”

Kinzie Hamilton, a freshman JCOM major from Providence, Utah, shared the audience-participation segment, “Meal or No Meal” with late-night icon Leno and two other contestants, who showcased their “talents” for  a panel of three celebrity judges.

Click here to see Kinzie perform on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” here (go to the second segment, at about 8:16.)

Go to the second segment—Meal or No Meal—at 8:16. That’s Kinzie seated in the audience next to Leno, at lower left in the frame.

But first—spoiler alert!—you’ll have to watch contestant No. 1 chug a whole bottle of mayonnaise in less than 15 seconds.

More on Kinzie from the Herald Journal’s managing editor Charles McCollum.

Kinzie’s “special talent”? Well, she asks Leno, “Do you know Snow White?”

“Well,” Leno replies, “we’ve met…”

Kinzie sings like Snow White in the original Disney version—nearly as cloying as the first guy’s mayo trick.

Does the Aggie win Leno’s free meal? Check out the video.

You’ll laugh. You’ll cry…. It beats gulping 4,000+ calories of mayo.
