Fire alarm system maintenance causes false alarm
November 1st, 2009 Posted in OpinionBy Dana Ivins
LOGAN–-A police car and fire truck responded to a false alarm at the Latter-Day Saint Institute building at 2:45 p.m. Friday. Routine maintenance being done to the building’s fire alarm system triggered the alarm, said Cannon Perry of the Logan City Fire Department.
“It’s a common thing that happens all over town,” Parry said.
The fire department had been notified that maintenance and tests were going to be done between 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., but responded because the alarm occurred after that window of time.

In Europe and the UK there will be interesting changes for both private security and national security – we all await more information, interesting times!

False Alarms Are better than no Alarm… unless you get immune to them.. then you kinda just don’t make it to tell the scary story.
Glad to see everyone is actually ok.
