NIBLEY – The Planning and Zoning Commission recently approved three home businesses. “The vote was unanimous in favor of the applications,” city planner Shari Phippen said. “None of the individuals are going to have any additional employees besides themselves and any client visits would be really limited.”

Daniel Crockett has started a business called DC Longboards. It will focus on building and working on custom longboards. His business is located at 3310 S. 1460 West and will soon have a website up and running.

Another business is CVK Enterprises. Cory Krambule and his wife will be the middleman for an online outdoor supply retailer. The business is located at 3084 S. 1000 West.

And the last business is called Harmony. Tracy Wagner wants to do a home-based therapy business, focusing on energy and music therapy; her motto is “healing the past to create a better future.” The address is 831 W. 2550 South and if you have any questions, her website is www.energyandmusictherapy.org or you can call her on her cell 890-0885.
