PARK CITY–What better way to celebrate the NFL postseason and Sundance together than with THE sports network that covers events around the clock?

ESPN presented their 4th annual AFC/NFC Championship Game party Sunday at Harry O’s club in Park City. This weekend’s party was also in celebration of the release of ESPN’s new movie at Sundance, Winning Time: Reggie Miller vs The New York Knicks.

Many celebrity guests were in attendance, including NFL stars Terrell Owens and Aaron Rogers, the band The Fray, actor Tommy Davidson, and actor Adrien Brody. Even director Morgan Spurlock gave up McDonald’s for a night to come out to the party.

The upstairs of Harry O’s, usually reserved for VIPs, was opened to all guests, along with most other areas of the club. Flat panel and big screen TVs were scattered throughout the club, giving every angle of the building visibility to the football games. Finger food and drinks were also provided throughout the afternoon, giving football fans in attendance the perfect opportunity to relax and practice their skills as armchair quarterbacks. A few lucky guests were able to relax in extra luxury, receiving ESPN Snuggies to wear.

Terrell Owens acted as host and emcee during the event and seemed like an everyday fan off the field. He joked with partygoers and predicted earlier in the afternoon that the Colts would win their football game, which was met by many jeers from a house made up mostly of Jets fans. He seemed to have a great time playing with the fans of either team, and helped make for an amusing afternoon with his interactions.

The highlight of the evening was the arrival of a surprise guest. Once the second game had started, former NBA MVP Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns walked into the club. Nash graciously answered numerous questions and gave pointers to the children surrounding him as he entered the club, posed for pictures for the media and fans alike, and attended to each of his fans before entering the party.

Colts and Jets fans alike mingled with Saints and Vikings fans throughout the night. The environment was fun and friendly, and the party was fun through the end of the final game. Once again, ESPN had created the perfect environment and put together another great AFC/NFC Championship party.
